Huntington was a great sales rep who helped me purchase the car over the phone. It was nice he did the whole online and we were able to shop really quick and he gave such a great description that i didnt need to test drive car and came home with right choice. I would like to leave an AMAZING review for Joe Green at Fullerton Ford (formerly McCoy-Mills). Joe took our Fusion in with a battery drain and went way beyond what two previous dealerships had tried to do. He was willing to replace the hybrid battery when others weren't and I truly appreciate that, since it was covered by my warranty anyway. Excellent service and friendly crew. Kimberly answered all my questions. The inspection of my brakes didn't take long and I especially liked that they washed my car. How great is that!
Poor customer service and very little vehicle knowledge. The actual work had to be done at an outside repair shop and then sent back to this place where I was overcharged for basically nothing. Had I taken the car to the outside shop first, I could have saved over $1700. I was without a car for 3 weeks, when the repairs only took 3 days. I will not be back.

I have been going there for about 20 yrs, bought 2 vehicles and I'm a single female. Always treated with respect when buying and the service dept is great. I needed an oil changed fast and they worked me in on a booked day. I appreciated that. Staff there is great too.

This dealership is the best dealership In Southern California. I bought from this Dealership 9 cars/trucks since 1990. My Father bought an Aerostar here in 1988. My sister and her husband bought 3 cars/trucks here. Many family friends buy their cars/trucks here. The McCoy-Mills Family is My Family. It feels like the TV show Cheers....Where everybody knows my name. Why in the world would I go anyplace else!!!

I had a 3:00 appointment, my truck did not move from the check in line until 3:45. No one told me they were running behind. The cost of "The Works" online was $54.99 which is what I signed up for. AFTER they processed the paperwork they told me to have a seat in the lounge. Before I went to sit and wait, I asked what the total cost would be, they said $89.00. My car was recalled because of the potential of a door latch failure. I called the dealership, made an appointment, and dropped off my car at the given time. I got a ride home. Later that day I picked up my car and learned that there was no problem with the latches. The dealer was efficient, friendly, clean, and provided a ride for me. I have used this dealership many times for routine service and a few recalls for computer updates.

UPDATE: Service Manager Joe Green responded many times to all the issues and solved them all...with a LOT of research & Discovery of new updated parts that addressed these seemingly strange issues. Random alarm and flaky Remote Start was fixed -- the car DOES HAVE a Ford Alarm System; hopefully the Service Greeters were educated...always check the wheel nut torque yourself if you can!

I've been taking my F250 truck to them for years for repairs and for service. I've worked with each of the service advisors as well as Joe. They're always detailed and make sure that they're recording the concerns accurately. They do a great job of keeping me informed and the price is always fair. I had to move out of state for a few years but when I moved back, I've taken my truck to McCoy Mills Ford for its TLC.

Drove by on Saturday and they were closed. My wife did call in Monday morning and they got us in no problem. Car is running great just not happy that they are closed on Saturdays, now need to take time off of work so I can have my car serviced. Currently looking at options to service our cars.

I went to turn in my lease and with ride help from gene from finance and Mike I felt that because I was turning in my car they didnt care. Took abt an hr until I complained. Not only the sales department but the service department within the last 2 yes I had it as well. I would not recommend anyone there however everyone's experience is different.
After having the unpleasant need to visit the body shop, they took charge and other than the insurance companies nearsighted adjuster, not McCoys fault, it was a pleasurable experience

Had problems with shifting, air, plus general service. I do believe there should be some financial help for the trans repair. I had asked to have the problem (hesitation) checked before but when I would bring it in it would never act p. I understand it cannot be fixed if the problem cannot be found, but this time it was found to the tune of $1120.00. Mc Coy has serviced my cars for probably 15 plus years and I will not take my cars to any other service dept.
