The service provider Montana Hendershot was very courteous and professional in taking care of service and other inspection needs of the SUV. The wait time was less and the waiting lounge is very clean and comfortable. My experience with Fullerton Ford was second to none. Miles Mayo was very knowledgeable with explaining everything to me through the whole process of ordering and all the way through delivery of my 2022 Ford Maverick. Of course Joe Orlando also kept me abreast on everything also. Everything in all was a very pleasant experience buying a car at Fullerton Ford and would order again from there.
Montana is a great service advisor. She works very hard to solve ones car problems. Excellant communicator. The faults of the car are not her fault but works hard to resolve them.

As always Fullerton Ford service department was great. Fred was my service representative yesterday and he did a great job. I have prepaid service on my 2019 Ford Escape that is good for four years or 48,000 miles (this save money on service for the Escape). Fred told me that I have six services left under my agreement. I was waiting 7,500 miles between each service on the Escape. Because of Covid-19 I have not been driving as much just like many others. If I wait 7,500 miles between service appointments, I will not get all six services available before it expires. So, Fred ...

I just had my F150 serviced and also had the trans checked because of an accident the technician was great in diagnosing the problem. The young lady Montana was very helpful. I give her a 5 star rating also. She was very helpful and understanding. I hope you get more people like her. I say she should train all the staff in how to deal with the public. Had my 2014 F-150 in for the works package. upon inspection they found that my front brakes needed replacement and I could use a new battery. Montana my service rep pointed these things out to me and quoted me a price for both. We set up an appointment for a couple of days later. I dropped it off and was told it would be ready by 12pm. I recentrly purchased a certified used F150 truck from Fullerton Ford with John Caruso as our sales rep. Having researched the vehicle on line, I came in, took a test drive. A day or so later, I made the decsion to proceed. A week later once I arrnaged for my financing, I was able to complete the purchase without pressure, the pickup went seemlessly and without vehicle purchase pressure. A pleasant experience.

I have been getting all my service done at Fullerton Ford for my 2016 F-150. recently, i purchased a new 2019 F-150. I brought it in for service and the experience was exceptional. I had "The Works" package done. My service advisor, Montana (That is the coolest name ever!) helped me out and I was in and out in an hour. I have never had a problem in the 3+ years and two vehicles I have purchased and serviced at Fullerton.

When my daughters lease is up this will be the 1st in only Ford dealership I would ever consider.
